Submitting a registration request through Crown Victory does not guarantee entry into a tournament. Entry is subject to roster verification, skill-level eligibility, and available bracket slots. As a directory, Crown Victory does not process direct entry fees. All listed tournaments are zero-entry-fee or sponsor-funded, emphasizing pure, skill-based competition without financial barriers.
Player Responsibilities
Players and team captains are responsible for providing accurate registration information, including valid in-game IDs and contact details. You agree to adhere to the official rulesets of the tournaments you enter, maintain academic or regional eligibility where required (e.g., UK Collegiate Spring Split), and ensure your team is ready to compete at the scheduled times.
Fair Play & Conduct
Competitive integrity is the foundation of Crown Victory. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for cheating, exploiting, toxicity, or unsportsmanlike conduct. Players found violating fair play guidelines, utilizing unauthorized software, or engaging in abusive behavior towards admins or opponents may be permanently banned from the directory and reported to affiliated tournament organizers.

All content on the Crown Victory platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Crown Victory Esports Ltd or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.
