Cancellation & Registration Policy

Crown Victory provides clear guidelines for managing your tournament entries. Read our policy on registration requests, roster changes, and cancellations.

Registration Requests

Submitting a team through Crown Victory initiates a formal registration request for a specific tournament. These requests are subject to review by our team and the event organizers to ensure all players meet the skill-level and regional requirements. Confirmation of your slot in the bracket will be communicated via email once the verification process is complete.

02

No Payment Processing

As a catalog and registration directory focusing on premium, sponsor-funded circuits, Crown Victory does not process direct payments or collect entry fees from players. Because no financial transactions occur on our platform, traditional refund policies do not apply. Our focus is purely on facilitating access to high-quality, skill-based competition.

03

Cancellation Policy

If your team is unable to compete after receiving a confirmed bracket slot, registration cancellation requests must be submitted at least 48 hours prior to the event's start time via our contact form. Prompt cancellations allow organizers to pull teams from the waitlist and maintain the integrity and schedule of the tournament.

04

Roster Changes

We understand that roster emergencies happen. Requests to substitute players or modify your submitted roster must be made before the official roster lock deadline specified on the tournament's details page. Changes requested after the roster lock are generally prohibited, subject to the discretion of the live-admin team.

05

Disqualification

Teams that fail to check-in on time, violate fair-play rules, or fail to meet eligibility requirements (such as student ID verification for collegiate events) will be disqualified. Disqualified teams forfeit their bracket position and any claim to sponsor-funded prize pools. Disqualification decisions made by tournament admins are final.

06

Provider Policies

Crown Victory lists events hosted by various premium organizers across the UK and Europe. While we enforce a standard 48-hour cancellation notice, specific tournaments may have additional rules regarding attendance, physical venue access (e.g., Manchester Esports Arena), and prize distribution. Players must review the official ruleset linked on each catalog entry.

07

Event Postponements

In rare instances, technical issues or unforeseen circumstances may force an organizer to delay or postpone a tournament. Crown Victory will update the directory schedule and notify registered team captains as quickly as possible. Teams unable to attend the rescheduled dates must submit a new cancellation request.
